Below is a list of the upcoming programs and events for fall of 2016:

15th Annual Picnic and Meeting — Sunday, September 25, 2016

4:00–6:30 p.m.
At the Beverly Park Pavilion
The association will provide hot dogs, bratwurst, chips, salads, and drinks. Please reply and send dues by September 22.

18th Annual Halloween Hoot — Sunday, October 23, 2016

Mark your calendar now, your flashlight, and join your neighbors at this wonderful community event at Beverly Park! All children living in Beverly Hills are invited to trick or treat along the wooded path at the park

Our association will be sponsoring a booth to pass out candy. We need volunteers to setup the booth before the event, teardown after, and to pass out candy during the event. Our theme is the wild west with our booth as western ghost town. Kids 4th grade and up may sign up for 1/2 hour slots to pass out candy (must be in costume: cowboys/girls, Native Americans, Horses, pioneers, etc. -- with a haunted/ghoulish twist). 10:00 a.m.–12:00 noon: Topping and Gutting
Volunteers are needed to help top and gut pumpkins in preparation for children to come later and carve them.
12:00 noon–2:00 p.m.: Carving Pumpkins
The first 200 youngsters can carve a pumpkin that will line the Halloween Hoot Trail for the evening walk. Carvers can pick up their pumpkins after 8:00 p.m. to take home.
6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.: Trick or Treating
Children can trick or treat along the “friendly” path of the park’s wooded trail. Members of the Homeowner’s Associations of Beverly Hills will be in costumes to pass out treats to the youngsters. Children and adults can enjoy a Halloween story and some tasty goodies at the pavilion.
