Our Location

The East Beverly Home Owners’ Association encompasses the area north of Beverly Road to south of 14 Mile Rd. and east of Southfield Rd. to west of Pierce Rd. in Beverly Hills, Michigan.

Our Purpose

1. To encourage and promote community pride in our neighborhood by providing a forum for neighborhood activity, to provide an avenue for social activities, and to welcome newcomers to the neighborhood.
   
   
2. To be a voice for our common neighborhood interests by acting as a liaison with governmental bodies and with institutions, schools, and businesses in and around our neighborhood, and to work with other neighborhood associations on common concerns.
   
   
3. To preserve the beauty, history, and integrity of the neighborhood.
   
   
4. To serve as a focal point for maintenance and improvement of our neighborhood, including parks, schools and public safety services.
   
   
5. To encourage and facilitate vigorous citizen participation in all issues affecting our neighborhood, including land use, zoning changes, traffic patterns, street modifications, adherence to local ordinances, and the safety of our children.
   
   
6. And other lawful purposes.
